Spotlight Recognition Form

SSHPs who are currently “officially recognized” through the ASHP-SSHP Recognition program may complete this questionnaire to have their society featured on the student pages of the ASHP website. The purpose of the Spotlight is to recognize an original event, a successful membership drive or a stellar speaker. The Spotlight will be updated monthly and feature SSHPs who deserve recognition in the areas of: Membership Drive, Clinical Skills Competition, Health-System Pharmacy Speaker, Residency Informational Session, or Professional Development Project.

A couple of things to remember when submitting the Spotlight form:

1. Membership Drive

To become recognized, SSHPs are required to hold at least one membership drive during the academic year that recruits for the student society, the state affiliate, and the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum. Please answer the following questions about your successful membership drive:

2. Clinical Skills Competition Questions

To become recognized, SSHPs administer a Clinical Skills Competition at their schools. The winning team from the school-level Clinical Skills Competition competes in the Clinical Skills Competition at the Midyear Clinical Meeting.
