OCTOBER EXHIBITOR NEWSLETTER

ASHP's 43rd Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition in Orlando is just five short weeks away! We have included some very important details to help you prepare. Just in case you missed it, click here to view last month's newsletter. NEW! Exhibitor Yellow Pages (Deadline: November 17) Last month we introduced this exciting new opportunity to increase your company's visibility to our meeting attendees. There is still time to participate! Your company will not want to miss this offer. This low cost promotional tool allows meeting attendees to easily search for your company's booth in print and electronically. Participating companies will have the ability to highlight their products and services by providing a 50 word
description, a color logo, as well as, a clickable link to their company's website on the interactive floor plan. Printed versions will be distributed outside of the exhibit hall and the electronic version will be hosted on the meeting website for one year. For more information, click here.

NEW! Free Client Badges (Deadline: November 24)

Don't forget to register your local business clients! In addition to your regular customers, ASHP will offer exhibiting companies an opportunity to host their local business clients at no charge! These badges will allow your client access to the exhibit hall for the designated day only. Each exhibiting company will be offered ten (10) client badges for their local clients. Learn how to take advantage of this offer.

Pre/Post Demo Hours

If you'd like to invite attendees to your booth pre/post official show hours, you must email a list of the date, time and meeting attendees prior to the meeting to Dayna Evans at devans@ashp.org, so we can coordinate with security. In addition, you will need a company representative to escort attendees to and from your booth.

The official pre and post exhibit show hours are:

Exhibitor Lounge
Please remember to let your staff know about the Exhibitor Lounge where light refreshments will be served daily. It will be located in the back of the exhibit hall.

Network Connections- Check your email on us!
Exhibitors do not receive an Expo card at the time of registration but you can still access the network connections to enter CE or check emails. Simply enter the registration ID number located at the bottom of your badge to gain access to the internet service.

Hotel Reservations and Travel

Reservations will be accepted by The Housing Connection until Monday, November 10 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After November 10, rooms may not be available and hotels may charge significantly higher rates. Exhibitors must use the ASHP hotel block to avoid penalties. Flu Shots

The ASHP Foundation and ASHP have joined forces to offer free flu shots to attendees at the Foundation-ASHP Flu Shot Center in the Orange County Convention Center. More information about this vaccination program can be found on the ASHP Foundation web site. Thanks to CSL Biotherapies and VaxAmerica, who donated the vaccines and vaccination services.

Next month, the Priority Point schedule for the onsite booth space selection for the 44th Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition in Las Vegas will be emailed. This will detail the number of points your company has and the date you can select a booth. Don't miss the chance to select a prime booth location for next year in Vegas!

We also plan to email the Exhibitor Final Facts to all registered exhibit personnel to help them prepare for the trip to Orlando.
