Plan your Midyear experience effectively by using the interactive Meeting Schedule. View speaker information, educational session schedules, and special events. Choose the ones you want to see and create your own personal Planner. You can print your Planner out and/or send it to Outlook. If you log into the ASHP Learning Center you can also save your Planner, receive automatic updates, and view handouts and abstracts when they become available. Read more

OPENING GENERAL SESSION
Monday, December 7 • 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Dennis Quaid, an advocate for reducing medical errors, has been chosen as this year’s Opening General Session speaker.
And get your seats early as you won't want to miss this year’s opening act. Recently performing on “America’s Got Talent,” Alizma are identical triplets from Poland who are not only bright and beautiful but exceptionally talented. With master’s degrees in violin performance, this trio will enchant the audiences with their brilliant instrumentation.

PERFORMER JUST CONFIRMED!
Be There Or Be Square....You'll be "one degree of separation" from world renowned actor and musician Kevin Bacon and his older brother Michael, as The Bacon Brothers kick-it-up-a-notch during the traditional Wednesday social event. The concert is designed as an after dinner, final chance to have some fun with fellow attendees and exhibitors in a casual setting. Cash bars and snacks will be served.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
BENEFITS FOR USING THE ASHP HOUSING BUREAU
Thank you to those who utilized our time saving RegLink process and "did the right thing" by booking your hotel through our housing bureau. We've secured the best possible rates offered at our official hotels. In addition, by using our bureau, you're now entitled to receive "door drop" materials at your hotel room, shuttle bus service to and from official hotels throughout your stay, and valuable discount coupons for dining and entertainment. All reservations must be made through the ASHP’s only official housing company, The Housing Connection, by Monday, November 2 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).

POSTER DEADLINE APPROACHING
The deadline for submitting a resident and student poster is October 1, 2009. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before submitting your abstract.
