Exhibitor Yellow Pages
New This Year - The Exhibitor Yellow Pages is now the only directory for the exhibitor listing.   The listing will no longer be published in the onsite Program Book. Do not miss this opportunity to showcase your company description and logo!

 
Companies who purchase an enhanced or premium listing will have the ability to highlight their products and services by providing a 50 word description, a color logo, as well as, a clickable link to their company's website on the interactive floorplan. Printed versions will be distributed at registration and outside of the Exhibit Hall. Purchase an Enhanced or Premium Listing.

VIP Pre/Post Show Demos
ASHP is offering an exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to invite attendees for a private demo in their booth before and after official show hours. This will allow you time to schedule one-on-one appointments, individually or in groups, with your customers.

New This Year -In order to continue to allow companies the opportunity to participate in private demos, ASHP has implemented a $3,500 fee to cover additional security, electricity and administrative costs related to conducting pre and post show demos. This fee covers all demo hours for the duration of the show.

Important Dates
October 6 - Deadline for a complete rooming list with names due to The Housing Connection for all blocks booked. Your final list will dictate the number of rooms you will be entitled to block in future years so please book responsibly
October 19 - Deadline to order the early bird pre-registrant list which includes titles and affiliation
November 5 - Deadline to order the pre-registrant list.
November 19 - Submission of exhibitor personnel and free Client Badges.

Exhibitor Service Kit and Badge Information
Service Kit
The online service kit is now available. It includes shipping information, exhibit hall hours and move in/move out date and timespricing and order forms for utility and other service contractors, furniture rental, labor, lead retrieval devices, and more. Order before November 19, now to receive advance discounts!

Exhibitor Badges
The exhibitor badge website is now open. To use this site, you must login with your ASHP Customer ID number and password provided below.
