Hotel Reservations and Meeting Space Requests
ASHP is offering exclusive VIP rates to exhibitors and attendees until October 3! All hotel reservations must be made through Orchid Event Solutions, formerly known as the The Housing Connection, ASHP's official housing company. All sub-block requests require ASHP's prior approval.
ALL Exhibitors MUST READ our Exhibitor Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] prior to submitting the hotel reservation form. Remember to book early and responsibly.
Reminder: The Exhibit Hall closes at 2:00pm on Wednesday. Exhibitors are invited to attend the Wednesday Evening Event, learn more.
All meeting space requests must be submitted to ASHP via the online web request form. Note: If you are holding client meetings in a suite reserved at a meeting hotel, you must also submit the business function request form which too can be found on the above online web request form.

Online Service Kit and Exhibitor Badges
Your service kit and online exhibit badge manager will be available on the ASHP Midyear website, September 10.
Be sure to take advantage of the early bird discounts in the service kit, where applicable, by getting your order in before the November 9 deadline.
Exhibitor Badge information including your ID and password to enter the online badge site will be emailed to you in the September Exhibitor E-News. Exhibiting companies receive four complimentary full registration badges per 10 x10 booth reserved.
If you reserved an island booth, remember to forward your floorplan and elevation drawing to the ASHP Conference and Convention team at ccd@ashp.org for review and approval.
VIP Pre/Post Show Demos
ASHP is offering an exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to invite attendees for a private demo in your booth before and after official show hours. The demo fee is $3,500 which covers additional security, electricity and administrative costs related to conducting pre/post show demos. Secure now.
Pre Show Demo Hours:
Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.
Post Show Demo Hours:
Monday-Tuesday: 3:00 p.m. -5:00p.m.

Product Theater slots are still available! These programs provide an opportunity for commercial organizations to present information about their product or services or therapeutic areas to pharmacists attending the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting. These are considered promotional and therefore, do not offer CE credit for attendance.
