ASHP Bistro provides an excellent opportunity for uninterrupted, face-to-face time with attendees. Tables can be reserved for lunch so your company always has an off-booth site to Eat, Meet and Network.
Table reservations include lunch tickets so you can skip the long lines and get right down to business.
Utilize the valuable time you have with attendees by scheduling off-booth lunches and meetings at ASHP Bistro.
Choose from a variety of delicious menu items, including soup and salad options, a selection of entrees, seasonal vegetables and side items. Hotel Reservations and Meeting Space Requests
ASHP is offering exclusive VIP rates to exhibitors and attendees until October 3! All hotel reservations must be made through Orchid Event Solutions, formerly known as the The Housing Connection, ASHP's official housing company. All requests for 5 or more rooms require ASHP's prior approval.
ALL Exhibitors MUST READ our Exhibitor Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] prior to submitting the hotel reservation form. Remember to book early and responsibly.
Reminder: The Exhibit Hall closes at 2:00pm on Wednesday. Exhibitors are invited to attend the Wednesday Evening Closing Party.
All meeting space requests must be submitted to ASHP via the online web request form.
Online Service Kit and Exhibitor Badges
Service Kit
The online service kit is available. It includes: shipping information, exhibit hall hours and move in/move out date and times; pricing and order forms for utility and other service contractors, furniture rental, labor, lead retrieval devices, and more. Order now to receive advance discounts before November 9!
If you reserved an island booth, you must forward your floorplan and elevation drawing to the ASHP Conference and Convention team at ccd@ashp.org for review and approval.

VIP Pre/Post Show Demos
ASHP is offering an exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to invite attendees for a private demo in your booth before and after official show hours. The demo fee is $3,500 which covers additional security, electricity and administrative costs related to conducting pre/post show demos. Secure now.
