Robert L Page II, Pharm.D., is an Associate Professor with the Departments of Clinical Pharmacy and Physical/Rehabilitative Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver, Schools of Pharmacy and Medicine (Aurora, CO), and the clinical pharmacy specialist for the Division of Cardiology and Heart Transplantation.

He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with Added Qualifications in Cardiology, a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, and a Fellow for the following organizations: the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the American Heart Association (Council on Clinical Cardiology), the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the Society of Geriatric Cardiology. Dr. Page has authored several abstracts, journal articles, and book chapters in the areas of cardiovascular pharmacotherapy, as well as, been honored with numerous teaching awards. His research interests consist of drug-drug and drug-herbal interactions, medication adherence, and pharmacotherapy complications in the heart transplant recipient and heart failure patient.

Dr. Page received his Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Furman University (Greenville, SC); his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the Medical University of South Carolina (Charleston, SC); and completed his specialty residency in pharmacotherapy from MUSC. He is presently finishing his Masters of Science in Public Health with an emphasis on epidemiology from the new Colorado School of Public Health.

Wendy Cantrell, Pharm.D., BCPS, CACP, is Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy and Cardiovascular Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Cantrell earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Arizona and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. She is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist and certified anticoagulation care provider.

Dr. Cantrell is also Pharmacy Practice Residency Director at University Medical Center (UMC) and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She serves as Co-Director of the Anticoagulation Clinic and rounds daily with the UMC cardiovascular service.

Dr. Cantrell is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She has lectured extensively on the topics of acute coronary syndrome and venous thromboembolism.

Kerry Pickworth, Pharm.D., is the Specialty Practice Pharmacist in the area of Cardiology at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital on The Ohio State University (OSU) Medical Center campus. Dr. Pickworth also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. In addition to her adjunctive appointment at the College, Dr. Pickworth maintains an active clinical practice in the areas of heart failure/transplant, general cardiology and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). At the OSU Medical Center, Dr Pickworth has served on multiple Quality committees including: Code Blue, Heart Failure, STEMI Team, and has worked extensively on developing treatment protocols in these areas.

Her research endeavors cross all aspects of cardiovascular pharmacotherapy but primarily focus on heart failure/transplant and ACS. Along with her clinical activities, she has numerous publications and has been actively involved in multiple national organizations. Additionally, Dr. Pickworth serves as a site for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Heart Failure Traineeship and is the Director of the Cardiology Specialty Practice Residency at the OSU Medical Center which has trained more than 10 specialty pharmacy residents. She received her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University.
