How do I log in to the ASHP eLearning portal?
Click on Log in/Register found in the upper right hand corner. Use your ASHP username and password. If you do not have an ASHP username and password, you must register to access and purchase eLearning courses. Just follow instructions for “Register as a New User”.
I forgot my ASHP username and/or password. What do I do?
Click on Log in/Register and then click on “Forgot your password?” You will receive an email to reset your password. If you cannot remember your ASHP username call ASHP Customer Service at 866-279-0681.
Purchasing a Learning Activity
How do I purchase a Learning Activity?
After logging in, click on the "Catalog" link in the top navigation bar. When you find the activity you want, click on “Add to Cart.” You will automatically be taken to the ASHP Shopping Cart to process your payment.
Can I purchase more than one activity at a time?
Yes, you can purchase more than one learning activity at a time.
Does ASHP eLearning have a refund policy?
Yes, ASHP eLearning will process refunds under the following circumstances:

The refund request is made within ten days of the purchase.

The request for refund is made in writing to elearning@ashp.org

The learning activity purchased is unused. Any learning activity that has been started is not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Is there a way I can purchase learning activities for the members of my staff to take?
Yes, the opportunity to purchase activities for multiple users will be available soon. Please contact eLearning@ashp.org if you have interest in purchasing an e-learning activity for multiple users.
Participating in a Learning Activity
How do I access Learning Activites?
Go to the "My Learning Activities" link in the top navigation bar to access and launch your activity. Your course or activity will be available immediately after purchase.
Once I purchase a learning activity how long will I have access to it?
Learning activities are available for a specific time after purchase. Please refer to the detailed information for your selected learning activity.
Am I able to extend the expiration date of my learning activity?
No, a learning activity has a set time limit.
Am I able to request a refund of an expired learning activity either unfinished or not started?
See the ASHP eLearning refund policy listed above.
What if I can’t remember when I purchased a Learning Activity?
Call ASHP Customer Service at 866-279-0681.
Under My Learning Activities what does “Move to History” mean?
This allows you to move any activity you have completed from your active enrollments page. Once you have moved an activity to History you can return it to your “My Activities” by clicking on “My History”.
What is a passing score?
Passing scores are listed on the ACPE activity page at the beginning of each learning activity.
Once I start a learning activity, can I stop and access later?
Yes, when you return to your learning activity you will be given the option to return to the point at which you signed off or go back to the beginning of the activity.
Can I start a learning activity on one computer (work) and continue on another computer (home)?
Yes, you can access your learning activities from any computer with an internet connection.
Can I work on a learning activity offline?
No, you must be connected to the internet to view and take all learning activities.
Claiming CE
How do I claim CE credit for a learning activity I take on ASHP eLearning?
After you have successfully completed a learning activity and its requirements (ie: post test if applicable) and complete the evaluation, you may claim credits.
If you are in the activity, click the Claim button under Achievements for your credit type. If you are not in the activity, click on My Learning Activities on the Home page and select the title of the completed activity. Then, under Achievements select your credit type and click the Claim button.
After clicking the Claim button, complete the required information (your NABP e-Profile ID number and birth date is required) and check the attest statement and click the “Claim” button at the bottom of the box.
NOTE: The CE you have claimed is recorded by ASHP and reported to CPE Monitor.
Once credits are claimed, a statement of credit can be printed by clicking on the “Print” button under “Achievements”.
I don’t have a NABP e-Profile ID number yet. How do I get one?
Go to www.nabp.net to access the CPE Monitor site and register to receive your NABP e-Profile number.
After receiving my NABP eProfile number, how soon can I use it on ASHP eLearning to claim credit?
We recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your NABP e-Profile number before claiming credit on ASHP eLearning.
Can I take an assessment exam more than once?
If a learning activity has a limit for the number of times an assessment exam can be taken the individual learning activity will include detailed information explaining the limit.
Will the CE I earn on ASHP eLearning become part of my CE transcript on the ASHP CE Center?
In 2012, the CE earned on ASHP eLearning will not be listed on the ASHP CE Center transcript. However, ASHP will have a record of all CE earned whether it was earned on the e-learning site or in CE Center.
What does “Achievements” mean on the My Courses page?
The “Achievements” section indicates the CE you have earned. You can also print your CE Statement of Credit here.
