Registration is closed for the Leaders Conference. Proceedings will be available online in November.
Cancellations
To receive a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before September 18, 2015 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed September 19 through October 7 will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed on or before October 7, 2015.
Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
